Evocomputing

My name is Joel Boehland. I started Evocomputing in 1999 and have worked in software ever since, as a business owner and as an employee, on large and small teams. Most of my work has been building dynamic, data-driven web applications, with a fair amount of mobile and desktop development mixed in.

My work splits two ways. A good share of it is new development: custom and bespoke applications, built to order. The rest is helping people with systems that already exist: integrating with external services, figuring out why something stopped working, restoring it to reliable operation, and documenting it so the owner has a clear maintenance path forward.

I love turning ideas into working code, and turning working code into a finished product.
